Lance Briggs, PMHNP-BC
Lance grew up near Salem, Oregon, but completed his Master’s Degree in Nursing at the University of North Dakota. He worked in Houston, TX for a couple of years as a RN Psychiatric Supervisor, before returning to the Northwest. He enjoys skiing, playing guitar and watching movies (Marvel / DC).
Lance finds special interest in addiction behaviors, mood and psychotic disorders. He has a broad range of experience working with a diverse patient population.


Jenniffer Janowiecki , PMHNP-BC
Jenn grew up in a strong military family and has lived in most of the United States with a keen understanding of military veterans and their needs. She graduated cum laude with her Master’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Alabama in Birmingham and is currently pursuing her PhD in Nursing through the Medical University of South Carolina. While in Alabama, she oversaw both the inpatient Acute Psychiatric ICU as well as the Psychiatric Emergency Services. Her hobbies include traveling, experiencing life, and creating true human experiences.
Jenn’s primary specialty areas include PTSD and trauma, substance-abuse with comorbidities, and mental health disparities. She believes that every human is capable of achieving great things and will assist in reaching that full potential.
Erin - Office Manager
Erin is our office manage, and she will most likely be your first contact with our office. Erin has 10 years of experience working in the medical field in various positions. Erin works remotely from her home in Central Oregon that she shares with husband and children. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outdoors, and baking.
