Private Pay
Initial Psychiatric Evaluation: $275

25 Minute Follow-Up: $100-150

50 Minute Follow-Up: $185-210
Sliding Scale
Sliding scale is available to clients who qualify based on income.

Our clinic is in-network with Aetna, First Choice, Optum, Premera, Regence, and Cigna/EverNorth. This is subject to change. Check with your insurance provider prior to scheduling to confirm coverage.
